Basic: Evolves into Venodart in rainforest environmnent or Ribifort in desert environment.
DexData: A small seed is embedded in it's back at birth. Over time it grows into a long leaf. The roots are integrated into it's spine allowing it to move the stem like a tail. The stem is extremely strong. On land it often uses this leaf to balance on and hop on as it's primary mode of land travel.
Until it's leaf tail has fully grown it is clumsy even in the water where it spends most of it's life prior to evolution. The leaf acts as a rudder tail greatly helping it's speed and maneuverability.
